During my stay, I loved that I could easily explore Hatfield Forest, which is just a short walk away, and appreciated the delightful nature views and landmarks at Waytemore Castle, making my city strolls truly enjoyable. the hotel also offered a cozy room with a clean environment, perfect for a single traveler looking to relax between adventures.

Charging for parking is ridiculous!!! A £12 fee and poor air conditioning are issues that need addressing!!!

my stay was quite enjoyable compared to my last visit in stanstead mountfitchet. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality, and the breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries and quality coffee. the staff were incredibly supportive and helped change my room smoothly when I needed it.

The Standard Double Room with Sofa Bed was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself felt a bit tired. I noticed a few minor issues like the water pressure being hit-or-miss in the shower. it served its purpose for an overnight stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.

The room was spacious and super clean, which I appreciated. The shower pressure was great, and there were handy USB charging ports. Only downside was that the lid on the kettle was broken and the A/C wasn't cooling well. Overall, it was a comfy spot for my overnight stay before an early flight.

Despite the hassle, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast that set me up for my early departure. I appreciated having tea and coffee in the room. As a family with children, we rely on places that make traveling easier.
